UF Health Shands - Florida Surgical Center Expansion
Project Type & Location: Healthcare - Outpatient / Gainesville, FL
Size & Scope: Interior designer for a 25,470-square-foot addition and 4,360-square-foot renovation to expand surgical services at the existing 50,870-square-foot Florida Surgical Center. The expansion includes a new lobby and waiting area, six new operating rooms (with infrastructure to expand to eight), and dedicated preoperative and postoperative recovery bays that support efficient patient flow and minimize transitions throughout the surgical experience.

-Select and price value engineer options.

-Coordinate MEP drawings with Architectural drawings.
-Draft entire Architectural construction documents in Revit.
-Design exterior area of refuge deck with stairs up to NFPA Code,
